Shipping policy

At The Kennel Bed, we do all of our own order fulfillment and shipping coordination, so your one point of contact is Stan Pelz at 407-454-1167 or info@thekennelbed.com.

Most orders ship next day, but there may be occasional situations where 3-5 business days will elapse before products are sent.  Upon your purchase, you will be notified of any exceptions to the next-day shipping expectation.  

All orders will be shipped to a physical address via UPS or Fedex.
